McCaffery Interests is hard at work on the South Side of Chicago. The South Loop is currently fired up with the opening of The Shops at Roosevelt Collection, which includes active retailers such as H&M, White House | Black Market, ULTA Beauty, Fleet Feet Sports and Z Gallerie. Concurrently, McCaffery Interests and the University of Chicago is working to bring independent retailers to the Hyde Park neighborhood. This week, two great local boutiques have announced their new Hyde Park locations: Sir & Madame, originally of Ukrainian Village and Comfort Me, founded in Lincoln Park. Comfort Me is currently open for business in Hyde Park, with Sir & Madame to open in the next month.
