From the Haberdash website:

“A side of history with your Halloween debauchery? We’re very pleased to present Boo: A Halloween Ball at the
Chicago History Museum. Join us as we help resurrect Chicago’s haunted past on October 31st at this elegant elegant evening affair, complete with time-honored Chicago ghost stories, co-written and staged by Jessica Thebus (Steppenwolf, Goodman Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre).

Some of the city’s premier mixologists will also be in attendance, complete with expertly crafted cocktails, including Danny Shapiro of Scofflaw, Justin Cochren of the J Parker, and Paul Bastien of Drumbar. The event will also feature DJ Nix of Gold Noise DJs setting the scene—you might have heard her at The Bedford, Studio Paris, or Hubbard Inn. In doing our part to set the stage, we’re outfitting the cocktail staff in the latest fall looks. On that note, we should mention that costumes are encouraged but not required—but look your best, nonetheless.”

So classy, it’s scary.

Haberdash last partnered with the Chicago History Museum to make this fantastic video documenting the history of the South Loop. Watch that below:
