As promised, 2012 will be a landmark year for Roosevelt Collection. As we slowly enter the spring season, I want to inform you all of our newest development update. On Tuesday, February 14, 2012, we received approval to begin the full-fledged construction on the main plaza at Roosevelt Collection. This is very exciting news for all of us as we’ve been anticipating this for several months now.
Construction on the property will begin immediately so that we can stay on track to host a Grand Opening before November 1st of this year. In addition to having construction complete by that time, we plan to have 75% of our retail stores leased and opening as well. Our team is working diligently to secure retailers so that we will have more exciting announcements to come.
As we transform your community into a more attractive and exciting place, we continue to ask for your patience and understanding. The next few months may feel chaotic with the construction; however, the final result will be well worth your wait. As an additional 50 million dollar reconstruction project, we promise to make your living environment one of the most exciting and amenity-filled in Chicago.
