Owners and operators of several renowned Chicago eateries and venues such as Longman & Eagle, The Empty Bottle, Parson’s Chicken & Fish, Bite Cafe, Beauty Bar, among others is nearing completion of a brand new restaurant, bar and concert venue in Hyde Park, known as Promontory. The space is located on E 53rd street and South Lake Park Avenue, above the Akira flagship store, and is expected to open in the next few months. Little is known about the new location, but if it will be anything like their other locations, we have full confidence that it will be great.
